Gina Gagnon-Marotta

Gina Marotta has 23 years of commercial real estate experience.  She began her career in 1987 working with Catellus Development (now ProLogis) and transitioned into mortgage finance in 1992 when she began working on RTC transactions involving commercial real estate assets.   She participated in the operational development of two commercial mortgage (CMBS) conduits and oversaw staff development in commercial loan underwriting, discounted cash flow (DCF) analysis, and CMBS transaction management.  In 1998 she began working as an independent due diligence consultant and founded Argentia in 2004. During this period, her time was dedicated to b-piece underwriting, new loan origination underwriting, site inspections, and loan securitization due diligence in Latin America. Ms. Marotta holds an MBA degree from the University of San Diego and an MA in international human rights from Columbia University in New York.  She is a licensed real estate broker in California, a certified FNMA and Freddie-Mac site inspector, and HCCP certified under HUD for the inspection of Section 42 properties.

Jennifer Wong

Jennifer Wong is an analyst with Argentia Group.  She provides assistance in loan underwriting, tenant analysis and transaction administration.  Ms. Wong previously worked as an analyst with Gate Capital in San Francisco.  She holds a bachelor’s of arts degree in business communications from San Francisco State University.
