About Argentia

 

Argentia was founded in 2004 to provide out-sourcing services to lenders and investors in support of commercial real estate transactions and loan portfolio review and assessment.

Argentia’s transaction support services include loan origination underwriting and due diligence, note portfolio acquisition/disposition analysis and support, and loan securitization due diligence.  Our loan portfolio review and assessment includes asset updates to property cash flows, market analysis, loan file documentation audit, and analyzing borrower reporting updates.

In addition to working on commercial real estate transactions within the United States, Argentia’s founding principal has worked on the pre-securitization due diligence of loan portfolios in Latin America, lending institution due diligence in Latin America, and training of outsourcing staff in India on commercial real estate financial analysis.
